Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 6 months in user support. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is advantageous (administration, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Exceptional communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong IT skills are a plus, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools. Proficiency in the Greek language (both verbal and written).

  • Oversee user account management and ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for users efficiently.
  • Configure and manage email accounts through Exchange Online.
  • Administer SharePoint sites and libraries to enhance collaboration.
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels and settings effectively.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Deliver technical assistance for Microsoft 365 applications.
