The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the crucial first point of contact in our sales process. Your responsibilities will include researching, connecting with prospects, and initiating conversations that pave the way for valuable opportunities for our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and compile targeted lists of potential clients who could benefit from our clients' technology products or services.
  • Engage these prospects through personalized outreach to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Qualify interested prospects and facilitate their progression by scheduling meetings with the client’s Account Executive.
  • Continuously enhance your sales development skills while exploring exciting career paths in the high-tech sales arena.

Training:

At memoryBlue, every new Sales Development Representative embarks on their journey with a paid enrollment in our Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with the essential tools, skills, and strategies for long-term success.

  • Begin with an immersive 4-day Bootcamp led by expert facilitators, where you will engage in hands-on learning and real-time role plays to master core prospecting principles, culminating in the acquisition of a comprehensive Prospecting playbook and call templates.
  • Following Bootcamp, you will spend the next twelve weeks applying your knowledge in Foundations sessions that include coaching, call analysis, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.

Throughout this process, you will also work towards achieving your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, validating your skills in cold outreach, list building, and objection handling.
