Your Responsibilities
At Doctolib, the People Strategy team leads the "People roadmap" to enhance the efficiency and performance of all teams within the People function (TA, HR Ops, Talent Development, and People Engagement).
As the HR Automation & AI Program Manager, you will develop and oversee a portfolio of automation and AI initiatives across the People function, ensuring that use cases are prioritized, governed, adopted, and deployed effectively.
You will collaborate directly with the People Systems, IT, and Data teams, reporting to the People Strategy Senior Manager under the guidance of the Chief People Officer.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Redesigning our processes and accelerating continuous improvement through automation:
- Designing, developing, and deploying bots, AI-based workflows, and automation tools that address real operational issues within HR processes.
- Managing the end-to-end creation of these solutions: from scoping and prototyping to testing, launching, and iterating.
- Defining success metrics and continuously improving solutions based on usage data and feedback.
- Being a strategic partner on HR tooling and product-related topics:
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of use cases and friction points across the HR function, from recruiting workflows to employee lifecycle management and training administration.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and building or co-building the solutions in collaboration with People Systems/HRIS, IT, and Data teams.
- Rapidly prototyping, testing with end-users, and iterating to deliver tools that are genuinely adopted and consistently used by teams.
- Driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of efficiency:
- Establishing documentation and best practices to ensure consistent and effective use of automation and AI tools across all teams.
- Supporting change management, training teams on new workflows and tools, and sharing measurable results and successes.
