What is the role about?
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Business Operations Analytics Specialist to bolster our dynamic global organization. This position merges HR Operations, business analytics, data management, and project leadership, with a keen emphasis on transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Your collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, CX, Finance, Sales Ops, External Vendors, and global teams) will be pivotal in designing KPIs, ensuring data integrity, automating reporting, and promoting data-driven decision-making throughout our HR and business operations.

How will you make an impact?
- Oversee HR data management, including:
- HeadCount (HC) data - Forecasting, movements, targets, overlaps, etc.
- Ensure Data Integrity through cleanup and maintenance
- Conduct HR Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics and trends using tools like Excel, Power BI, and other HR systems. Identify root causes impacting performance and provide valuable insights.
- Design process improvements
- Create periodic executive reports and presentations, regularly communicating data to key stakeholders
- Design and automate recurring report deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations, supporting the business's HR needs along with NICE’s HR shared service centers.
- Handle local (Israel) HR Operations for the CX organization.
- Lead and support HR projects/programs as required.
