Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Experience:At least 5 years of progressive HR experience. Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience in Learning & Development. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, tools, procedures, and employment laws. Proven ability to manage conflicts and excel in high-energy environments. Proactive approach with a commitment to continuously enhancing HR programs. Results-driven with a history of successfully achieving objectives. Ability to lead and drive HR initiatives effectively.

Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner (L&D) where you will leverage your expertise in Learning & Development to foster a culture of growth and innovation. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive effective people strategies to facilitate our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support business leaders on strategic HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring, talent management, and career development.
  • Design and evaluate training programs to ensure they align with corporate objectives and contribute to employee growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive in-house training initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver coaching and mentoring programs tailored to different staff levels.
  • Assess training needs to boost employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Measure the impact of Learning and Development initiatives on staff performance and success.
  • Oversee the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and create the Annual Training Plan for all departments.
  • Maintain training records, manage HR data, process HRDF claims, and handle payments to training providers.
  • Lead and contribute to HR initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for HR matters, performing workforce analysis using data such as surveys and retention statistics to identify trends and collaborate with peers to implement best practices.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company standards.
  • Manage internal and external audits concerning HR functions.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR functions on compensation, performance management, talent reviews, and development programs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
