Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Director of HR in implementing essential HR initiatives and managing daily operations.
Act as the primary liaison for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Support employee relations matters by gathering information, aiding investigations, and implementing fair and compliant solutions.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting cycles, documentation, performance discussions, and improvement plans.
Provide hands-on assistance to managers in addressing personnel challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Collaborate with our Payroll Lead and Central Payroll team on payroll matters, ensuring accurate data submission, timely processing, and resolution of employee inquiries.
Assist with annual open enrollment, address employee benefits-related questions, and help resolve issues with external vendors when needed.
Maintain and enhance HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a smooth employee experience.
Contribute to internal training sessions, communications, and broader HR projects such as policy updates and process improvements.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a creative, tech, or fast-paced setting.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

You will help maintain organized, compliant, and responsive HR operations, allowing our teams to focus on delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Although this role has a hybrid structure, it is based in the New York tri-state area and requires candidates to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
