Your Responsibilities
Initial Contact with Applicants: Engage potential candidates via email to spark interest and facilitate discussions.
Applicant Matching: Identify and select suitable candidates for open positions with our clients using the matching system.
Data Maintenance and Management: Record and manage applicant data in our system to maintain an up-to-date overview of application statuses.
Communication and Follow-ups: Regularly track applicant inquiries and interests to ensure smooth communication and placement processes.
Applicant Support: Provide close and friendly support to candidates throughout the entire process, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Your Working Hours
Working Hours: The workday begins around 16:30/17:00, depending on workload, and lasts approximately 3 hours daily (also dependent on workload).
Consistency: Daily work is required to provide ongoing support for applicants and ensure a smooth process.
