To excel in this role, you should possess:A proven background in HR management, ideally in a multinational environment. In-depth knowledge of local employment laws across Germany, Poland, and Norway. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with corporate objectives. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Fluency in English; additional proficiency in German, Polish, or Norwegian is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As we gain traction in Germany, Poland, and Norway, we seek a proactive HR Manager capable of keeping pace with our dynamic environment. This standalone role will grant you full ownership of the People & Culture strategy across these three markets, where you will embody our Outrageously Extraordinary culture while adeptly handling complex local employment laws. You will serve as the primary HR contact, operating locally but supported by a high-performing EMEA team based in the UK.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Oversee the employee experience in Germany, Poland, and Norway from onboarding to intricate employee relations, ensuring every interaction reflects our OE mindset.
  • Adapt EMEA People & Culture strategies to resonate locally, delivering impactful outcomes rather than mere corporate translations.
  • Manage employee relations comprehensively: advise managers on local employment regulations, conduct investigations, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance without hindering progress.
  • Initiate engagement programs and regional events that invigorate our culture, focusing on activities that genuinely motivate attendance.
  • Enhance managerial capabilities through coaching and mentoring, transforming competent managers into exceptional leaders aligned with the SharkNinja ethos.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to expedite the hiring process, conducting cultural interviews and offering local market insights to refine our recruitment strategy.
