Join our team at Signode as a seasoned HR Manager for Denmark, where you will serve as a pivotal partner to both management and employees, facilitating efficient and compliant HR operations. This role includes overseeing payroll input in collaboration with an external provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Manage employee relations while ensuring adherence to Danish labor regulations
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and coordinate onboarding processes
Facilitate performance management and annual salary review processes
Enhance talent development through training and engagement initiatives
Handle payroll input, collaborating closely with our payroll provider for precision
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation, reporting, and support for audits
Lead HR projects, process enhancements, and change management initiatives
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
Strong ethical standards, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience in dynamic or operational settings is advantageous
Additional Information
This role requires monthly travel to Aalborg (Ålborg)
