Role Overview

NiCE is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support the Americas HR Operations team from Pune. This position focuses on employee experience by managing onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, document management, and maintaining accurate data for teams across the Americas. The role requires attention to detail, comfort with high-volume HR transactions, and coordination across regions. Working EST hours is required. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & New Hire Coordination
    • Send weekly New Employee Orientation (NEO) invitations.
    • Track onboarding data to ensure new hire tasks are completed on time.
    • Generate and send weekly I-9 forms to new U. S. employees.
    • Conduct monthly HR audits for compliance and accuracy.
    • Manage onboarding feedback surveys and monitor their completion.
    • Support CALA employee lifecycle processes, including transitions.
    • Review and update DocuSign templates, HR playbooks, and HR tools annually.
  • HR Employee Services & Immigration Support
    • Prepare and manage employee agreements using DocuSign.
    • Respond to employee questions via the HR shared inbox using approved templates.
    • Process immigration-related invoices accurately and on time.
    • Complete manual verifications of employment (VOEs) and return them to requestors.
    • Validate employee data changes to keep HRIS records up to date.

What We’re Looking For

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience handling high-volume HR transactions.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple regions and ensure compliance.
  • Availability to work EST hours.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred, but not required.
