The Role:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous HR Reporting & Systems Analyst to bolster our People & Culture team.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Systems, you will take charge of designing, enhancing, and maintaining intricate employee data reports and dashboards, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Workday's reporting features. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent passion for data, comprehensive knowledge of HR metrics, and hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools, security, and human capital management (HCM) knowledge.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize custom employee data reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards within Workday and related systems.
