Perry Homes seeks an HR/Talent Power BI Analyst based in Houston, Texas. This position plays a central role within the Talent Organization, focusing on building scalable dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and responding to evolving business needs. The analyst works closely with HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity and process optimization, supporting Talent Acquisition, Management, Development, and Operations.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports for leadership and decision-makers.
- Analyze workforce data to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with Talent Leadership to deliver insights that shape workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Extract, validate, and standardize data from HRIS and ATS systems.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders.
- Use Power BI tools (including Power Query and DAX) and SQL to build and maintain data models.
- Audit data for accuracy and compliance, and improve data quality across sources.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual work.
- Serve as a technical expert on HR systems and data integration.
- Work with IT and business teams to streamline data flows and integration.
- Train HR and business users on dashboard features and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Support executive presentations with relevant data and analysis.
- Prepare compliance reports and conduct compensation analyses as needed.
- Lead analytics projects from concept through execution.

- Drive widespread adoption of dashboards among leadership.
- Achieve automation in reporting and maintain a proactive approach to analytics.
