The DLR Group Information Technology team seeks an HRIS Application Administrator. This pivotal role can be based in any of our studios:
- Omaha
- Overland Park
- Minneapolis

Position Summary
The HRIS Application Administrator is charged with the technical management, configuration, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems, primarily focusing on Dayforce. This role is essential in ensuring system stability, security, integration, and data integrity, while closely collaborating with HR, IT, and various business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HRIS knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to fostering continual improvements in systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the Dayforce HRIS platform to guarantee reliable performance and data integrity, including configuration, optimization, and end-user assistance.
- Implement system rules, workflows, security roles, and access controls in accordance with business and IT standards.
- Convert business needs into effective system configurations and technical solutions.
- Diagnose application, data, and integration issues, execute root cause analysis, and facilitate resolutions.
- Supervise system integrations, interfaces, and file transmissions (e.g., SFTP).
- Conduct impact analysis and coordinate configuration modifications across environments while adhering to change management protocols.
- Assist in vendor release cycles, patches, and system upgrades, including testing and deployment readiness.
- Create and perform functional, integration, and regression testing for system modifications and enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, data flows, and operational procedures.
- Act as a technical liaison among HR, IT, and external vendors, providing updates on system status and associated risks.
