What does the HRIS Specialist role entail?
The HRIS Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR Information Systems, managing employee data, and facilitating essential HR processes. This position is integral to maintaining accurate HR data management, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities, and fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. Please note that this is a temporary position covering maternity leave.
Your impact will be significant in the following areas:
- HRIS Operations: Deliver day-to-day operational support for HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and proper user access.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist in core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, organizational updates, and offboarding.
- Data & Position Management: Oversee and maintain employee data, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems.
- User Access & Permissions: Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure system integrity and security.
