Role Overview
As the HRIS & Systems Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development, architecture, and implementation of HR solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will manage our core systems, including HiBob and Jira, standardize global data, and facilitate decisions related to workforce analytics and process automation.
This role is crucial in translating our people strategy into effective technology systems, ensuring our HR framework scales in alignment with our growing teams. You will collaborate closely with People Operations, People Business Partners, and leadership to guarantee that our HR systems foster business growth and provide a seamless employee experience. As a key component of our People team, you will significantly influence the evolution of our HR systems.
