Foster a cohesive team culture across regions through trust, inclusivity, and consistent leadership.
Provide coaching to team members through regular feedback, development discussions, and constructive challenges.
Encourage an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, voice concerns, and pursue continuous improvement.
HRIS Strategy & Direction
Own the HRIS strategy aligned with organizational and business priorities as outlined in the HRIS Roadmap.
Translate HR and business strategies into actionable HRIS outcomes.
Offer strategic direction for architectural, AI, and automation projects led by the HRIS Architect.
Balance strategic advancements with operational stability.
Prioritization & Delivery
Oversee the execution of HRIS initiatives, collaborating with the HRIS Project Manager to ensure effective prioritization and ongoing enhancement of the delivery process.
Make informed trade-offs of priorities based on impact, risk, and capacity, applying best practices to align local priorities with a global vision.
Ensure that project delivery meets established timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
HR Technology Platform Accountability
Be accountable for the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our HR technology ecosystem, including Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent & Performance), Greenhouse (Recruiting/ATS), Glint (Engagement), and Reflektive (Performance Management).
Collaborate with the HRIS Architect and team to ensure strong governance and management of our HR technology.
