TransPerfect is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support its offices in Spain. Based in Barcelona, this position offers hands-on experience with a range of HR functions in a multicultural setting. The role focuses on local administrative support and day-to-day HR operations for a growing global company.
What You Will Do
- Handle daily administrative tasks for the HR team, such as managing files, drafting correspondence, and general office support.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and re-hires, including preparing employment contracts and related paperwork.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Respond to basic recruitment questions about employment conditions, salary structures, and eligibility to work.
- Guide new hires on employment terms and answer onboarding-related questions.
- Manage the exit process for departing staff, ensuring all steps and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Address employee absence and leave queries, making sure documentation reaches the payroll team promptly.
- Coordinate contract renewals and changes.
- Learn about and assist with processes for maternity, parental, and paternity leave.
- Keep HRIS records up to date and prepare reports as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions via the HR inbox.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
