ExperienceTertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, with substantial exposure to employee relations and case management. Proven experience in delivering solution-focused HR/ER advice of varying complexity. Exceptional ability to guide leaders through workplace matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, terminations, and dispute resolution. Experience working with a diverse stakeholder group, including both skilled and non-skilled workforces, ideally within a large, national organization. Ability to provide clear and actionable advice even in high-pressure situations. Knowledge & SkillsStrong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and relevant industrial instruments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Intermediate level.
