Understanding of offshore operations and daily offshore routines. Knowledge of key HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training, and performance management for offshore teams.

The Human Resources Analyst specializing in Operations & Regulatory Training will play a pivotal role in delivering operational HR support to our offshore workforce. This position is crucial in ensuring adherence to regulatory training requirements, maintaining workforce readiness, and providing assistance with crewing, certifications, and data management. The successful candidate will facilitate training processes, oversee the documentation of offshore personnel, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and training providers to ensure compliance with company standards and Brazilian legislation. Additionally, this role will assist in recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning for our offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operational support to the offshore workforce.
  • Manage crewing data, rotations, and headcount tracking.
  • Oversee certificates, mandatory training, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date training matrix and ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • Facilitate offshore onboarding and ensure workforce readiness.
  • Collaborate with training providers and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor training in alignment with the applicable training matrices and coordinate sessions for assigned personnel.
  • Assist in Recruitment and Selection, Promotion, Salary Review, and Performance Appraisal processes for the offshore team.
  • Help plan training, vacations, and medical exams for offshore staff (both Brazilian nationals and expatriates).
  • Support the crew documentation process in compliance with company, client, Brazilian legislation, and unit flag requirements.
  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of monthly payment controls for offshore employees (including timesheets, overtime, daily training, and functional discrepancies).
