What We Are Looking For:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development. Relevant prior experience is an asset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively. Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach. Fluency in both English and French is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants by conducting thorough research and analysis, as well as producing various materials.
  • Perform detailed analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and engaging presentations.
  • Develop comprehensive internal documents for clients, including policies, procedures, forms, and job descriptions.
  • Conduct market research on diverse Human Resources topics.
  • Create effective communication materials.
  • Support client meetings with necessary documentation and insights.
  • Assist in organizing client events.
  • Collaborate with fellow analysts on multiple projects.
  • Execute other related tasks as required.
