We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asset Management Fund Finance Manager to oversee the Fund Finance function within our Asset Management department at ESR Kendall Square. This pivotal role will involve managing various aspects of fund operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Manage fund accounting operations, including fund setup, termination, distributions, investment instructions, and financial closing.Review tax filing documents, such as VAT and corporate income tax, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Issue and manage tax invoices and receipts for fund management fees, ensuring timely processing and deposits.Support the preparation of reports for both internal and external stakeholders related to fund activities.Handle other ancillary tasks associated with fund operations.
