As a vital member of our Human Resources team, the Human Resources Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will be working within established HR frameworks, adhering to procedures and guidelines set forth by our HR department and relevant legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Administrative Tasks:
Manage the complete exit process for departing employees, ensuring all procedures are followed, including paperwork preparation and timely communication with the payroll team.
Handle queries related to absences and leaves autonomously, overseeing employee leave and attendance while ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to the payroll team promptly.
Facilitate employee relocations and international transfers, collaborating with senior HR personnel as needed.
Assist in immigration and work permit visa applications, providing necessary support and guidance.
Oversee maternity, parental, and paternity leave processes with assistance from senior team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries by being part of the HR mailing distribution list.
Administer employee benefits, including pension, life, and medical insurance, as well as meal card processing.
Utilize a moderate to high level of autonomy when addressing inquiries from both employees and managers.
Additional HR Support Tasks:
Provide support for onboarding processes, including the preparation and request of employment contracts and necessary documentation.
Assist with Employee Relations cases and develop your expertise in this area.
