Requirements:Proactive self-starter with advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential. Exceptional reading and writing skills in English in a business context. Excellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail. High energy and adaptability in managing multiple projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative. Skilled in fostering effective relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Logical thinker with the capacity to follow procedures and make sound decisions. Ability to exercise independent judgment within established frameworks. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit of a degree in Human Resources Management. Experience in legal preparation and handling counsel requests. Familiarity with Access database. Proficient in PowerPoint and Publisher.
