The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing candidate assessments, coordinating interview logistics, ensuring effective communication with candidates, and preparing regular updates and reports on hiring progress. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in recruitment operations alongside seasoned HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements

  1. Assessment Management

    • Initiate and oversee candidate assessments in collaboration with the hiring team.

    • Track assessment timelines to ensure prompt completion.

    • Send reminders and follow-up communications to candidates regarding assessments.

    • Collect, organize, and maintain assessment results for thorough evaluation.

  1. Interview Coordination

  • Facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Promptly send interview invitations and confirmations.

  • Manage calendar logistics and handle rescheduling requests effectively.

  • Maintain a centralized and updated interview calendar.

  1. Candidate Communication

  • Provide candidates with regular status updates throughout the hiring process.

  • Respond to candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
