YOUR ROLE
As an HR Intern at Analysys Mason, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of human resources, gaining firsthand experience across various functions. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to engage in recruitment processes and collaborate with specialists in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing interviews, preparing for them, and independently conducting job interviews.
- Assist with applicant management while gaining insights into the complete recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job advertisements to facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Initially support and, by the end of your internship, independently conduct video interviews for intern positions and lead job discussions.
- Engage in various administrative tasks within the HR department, including contract preparation, presentation development, offboarding, and more.
- Contribute to strategic development initiatives and play an active role in enhancing our content management strategies.
- Gain valuable insights into the inner workings of a corporation. As part of our HR team, you'll explore areas such as recruiting, employer branding, and employee culture, while becoming familiar with different feedback meeting formats.
- Select a strategic topic based on your interests and lead your own project during the internship.
