What You Will Do:
As the Human Resources Operations Specialist reporting to the Senior Director of HR Operations, you will be pivotal in delivering a wide array of HR services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure exceptional service and expert handling of HR-related inquiries. This role involves managing incoming Workday cases, emails, and calls, while providing comprehensive support for onboarding, orientation, internal mobility, relocation, immigration, offboarding, and more.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job transitions, compensation actions, and offboarding.
- Initiate and track various HR transaction workflows in Workday to enhance data accuracy and processing efficiency.
- Deliver prompt and precise assistance to employees and HR team members, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively escalate or transition requests, maintaining excellent customer service.
- Guide employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Adhere to internal practices for employee data privacy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide insights on recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
