High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of full-time experience in Human Resources. Strong understanding of HR-related laws and policies, along with experience in innovative HR initiatives. Proficient in managing confidential information. Experience with business and software tools, particularly Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with attention to detail in grammar and punctuation. Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset. Effective organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

What You Will Do:

As the Human Resources Operations Specialist reporting to the Senior Director of HR Operations, you will be pivotal in delivering a wide array of HR services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure exceptional service and expert handling of HR-related inquiries. This role involves managing incoming Workday cases, emails, and calls, while providing comprehensive support for onboarding, orientation, internal mobility, relocation, immigration, offboarding, and more.

  • Facilitate employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job transitions, compensation actions, and offboarding.
  • Initiate and track various HR transaction workflows in Workday to enhance data accuracy and processing efficiency.
  • Deliver prompt and precise assistance to employees and HR team members, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Effectively escalate or transition requests, maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Guide employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Adhere to internal practices for employee data privacy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Provide insights on recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
