Apt Resources is on the lookout for a vibrant and seasoned Human Resources Relationship Manager to become a vital part of a prestigious hospitality solutions firm based in Dubai. In this essential role, you will manage HR service delivery across multiple boutique hotel clients, leading a dedicated team of HR Executives stationed at client locations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring process integrity, compliance with labor regulations, and prompt payroll execution while serving as the key point of contact between hotel management and our corporate office. Success in this position hinges on your ability to deliver impeccable payroll accuracy, take ownership of HR processes (including Employee Records, Onboarding, Attendance, Leave Management, Employee Self-Service, Accommodation, Asset Allocation and Retrieval, Recruitment for Client and Future Opportunities), and maintain professional, transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR Relationship Manager for designated hotel clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and proactive HR support.
  • Regularly review the outputs of HR Executives: ensuring accuracy of records, compliance registers, and error-free payroll delivery.
  • Conduct routine audits of HR processes to guarantee precision, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and present comprehensive HR reports (including payroll summaries, attrition rates, attendance records, and leave balances) for both client management and our leadership team.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with hotel General Managers and Owners regarding all HR-related issues.
  • Promptly escalate critical issues or risks (legal, compliance, staffing shortages) to the head office.
  • Mentor and develop HR Executives to cultivate strong client-facing HR advisory capabilities.
  • Promote standardization of HR processes across all client properties.
  • Directly oversee a team of HR Executives working at boutique hotels.
  • Provide guidance, set performance metrics, monitor results, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
  • Instill a culture of service excellence within the HR team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of payroll data and compliance filings to protect the firm and clients from financial penalties.
  • Assist in budgeting for human resources, HR initiatives, and resource allocation across client hotels.
  • Support business development activities by participating in client pitches and demonstrating our robust HR processes.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for the continuous improvement of HR outsourcing operations and service delivery frameworks.
  • Be prepared to address urgent client needs (such as last-minute hires, payroll adjustments, compliance audits).
