This position offers you the opportunity to spearhead innovative solutions, implement advanced smart building technologies, and leave a significant mark on the architectural landscape.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the design, commissioning, and deployment of BMS systems that align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and sustainability objectives.Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, mechanical and electrical teams, contractors, and senior management, while providing expert insights.Managing intricate projects from inception to completion, which includes feasibility studies, specification development, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting.Conducting system evaluations and FAT/SAT testing, delivering comprehensive reports, actionable recommendations, and client training to enhance performance and efficiency.Driving business growth, mentoring the BMS team, facilitating knowledge sharing, and contributing to advancements in smart building technologies.Promoting best practices in Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E), resolving technical challenges while ensuring compliance and cultivating a safety-first culture.Supporting the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, utilizing your expertise in open communication standards and advanced BMS technologies such as Trend, Tridium, and Niagara.Occasionally traveling to project sites and AECOM offices, balancing remote and office-based responsibilities.Grow with us:AECOM offers a variety of core and personalized benefits tailored to support your well-being and future.
