The HVAC Maintenance/Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive maintenance checks, troubleshooting residential systems, diagnosing repair options, and conducting safety and performance tests. Additionally, technicians are responsible for monitoring the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks, with a significant focus on customer service. Daily tasks encompass technical duties, managing payments, providing precise information regarding each home situation, and maintaining inventory levels in the work vehicle.
Note: Technicians will be dispatched directly from their homes, and a work vehicle will be provided.
