Role Overview: HVAC Service Manager
This position leads the service and maintenance department, managing a team of more than 10 HVAC service technicians and support staff. The role is responsible for daily operations, team development, and ensuring high service standards throughout NYC.
What You Will Do
- Direct all activities within the service and maintenance department.
- Oversee technician scheduling, dispatch, and performance reviews.
- Guide and mentor team members, supporting their growth and training.
- Manage department budgets, planning, and customer relationships.
- Work closely with installation managers and technicians to coordinate operations.
- Monitor tools, fleet, and inventory to keep operations efficient.
- Ensure compliance with NYC mechanical codes and safety regulations.
- Track key performance metrics, revenue, and team progress.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $125,000 to $160,000, based on experience and performance.
