Role overview

What you will do
- Direct all activities in the service and maintenance department
- Oversee technician scheduling, dispatch, and performance reviews
- Guide and mentor team members, supporting training and growth
- Manage budgets, department planning, and customer relationships

- Monitor tools, fleet, and inventory for operational efficiency
