Your Responsibilities
Oversee the HVAC service and maintenance department.
Manage technician schedules, performance, and service follow-ups.
Lead a team of 10+ HVAC technicians and support staff.
Manage budgets, planning, and client relationships.
Facilitate training and development for team members.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve service goals.
Monitor tools, fleet, and inventory for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with NYC mechanical codes and safety standards.
