Your Role:

Pearce is in search of Skilled Controlled Environment Vault (CEV) HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team dedicated to servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, eager to travel, and looking to advance their careers in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should be based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct work on underground Controlled Environment Vaults (CEVs).
Service forced-air heating systems, air conditioning units, hydronic heating systems, refrigeration equipment, and comprehensive HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment along with all associated mechanical and electrical components.
Perform preventative maintenance and operational testing on HVAC and electrical systems.
Test electrical circuits and components for continuity using proper electrical testing tools.
Connect and validate electrical wiring between controls and equipment based on wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot low-voltage control systems and read/interpret electrical ladder schematics.
Demonstrate proficiency in underground gas monitoring systems (including Sierra 2400, Sierra 2450, and Quest control systems).
Maintain basic plumbing systems, including sump pumps.
