Your Role:

Pearce is in search of Skilled Controlled Environment Vault (CEV) HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team dedicated to servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, eager to travel, and looking to advance their careers in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should be based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct work on underground Controlled Environment Vaults (CEVs).
  • Service forced-air heating systems, air conditioning units, hydronic heating systems, refrigeration equipment, and comprehensive HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment along with all associated mechanical and electrical components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and operational testing on HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Test electrical circuits and components for continuity using proper electrical testing tools.
  • Connect and validate electrical wiring between controls and equipment based on wiring diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot low-voltage control systems and read/interpret electrical ladder schematics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in underground gas monitoring systems (including Sierra 2400, Sierra 2450, and Quest control systems).
  • Maintain basic plumbing systems, including sump pumps.
