We are seeking an accomplished Hydropower Lead to join our rapidly expanding hydro team. In this pivotal role, you will undertake both technical responsibilities on projects within our energy business and business-oriented tasks, including team leadership and business development. Given the international scope of hydropower, collaboration with colleagues across the globe will be essential, with a particular focus on projects in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and India.

Projects will encompass all stages of design, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site construction supervision, both domestically and internationally. Our clients include major energy utility generators as well as private developers and contractors.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Act as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, guiding teams on significant hydropower projects and programs. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, with an emphasis on client communication and delivery.
  • Take the lead in pursuing major hydropower projects, spearheading significant proposals, and engaging with clients.
  • Assist senior leadership in formulating business strategies for hydropower, informed by market trends and insights.
