Position Overview:
The Solderer plays a vital role in assembling products to meet established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering of pins and connectors using resistance soldering units and soldering irons in compliance with production guidelines.
- Assist in various cable assembly tasks, including cutting, preparation, wire stripping, crimping, soldering, tie wrapping, winding, coaxial work, ribbon, potting, plugging, closing, labeling, and molding.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings, pick lists, and bills of material.
- Utilize measuring tools effectively.
- Troubleshoot, rework, and repair components using a variety of hand tools and equipment according to specified requirements.
