Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle IAM developer or lead, with a focus on large-scale Identity and Access Management technologies. At least 2 years of this experience should include work with Oracle 11g R2.Minimum of 2 years of experience with Identity Federation services using Oracle OAM / OIF, including hands-on troubleshooting. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Expertise in Identity Federation and proficiency in SAML 2.0.Strong foundation in core Java, including design principles and best practices. Understanding of network computing, performance concepts, and industry standards. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven capability to work across various technologies to deliver complex solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with the IAM Solution Manager to define and execute the client’s IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Partner with Global Security Services to enhance Access Control and application authentication policies.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to ensure cutting-edge enterprise security.
Lead the adoption of IAM products across the enterprise.
Guide the implementation and development of IAM systems.
Manage the IAM technology and operations project portfolio, ensuring timely upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT strategic technology partners regarding application integration requests.
Facilitate technology or application proof of concepts (POCs) as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across multiple locations.
Provide IAM development expertise for new application integrations and custom feature developments.
Support IAM administration for ongoing application development policy updates.
Recommend improvements for existing infrastructure and application deployments.
