Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICAM, specifically with Okta and/or SailPoint solutions. Proven experience in gathering client requirements. Experience in creating job aids, runbooks, and related documentation for implementing ICAM solutions. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, and operation of Government Enterprise networks. Familiarity with NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and FISMA operating standards. Previous experience working with US federal government clients. Possession of relevant certifications.

The Role:

As an ICAM Architect, you will lead the onboarding of client applications to innovative Okta and SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions as part of our Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating meetings with application teams to understand onboarding requirements and executing integrations.
  • Coordinating efforts among technical integration, business process re-engineering, and change management teams.
  • Preparing essential support materials such as job aids and runbooks to facilitate the onboarding process. Strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of change management and ICAM principles are essential.
