EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is advantageous. Familiarity with technology-driven processes in a business environment is also beneficial. JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Exceptional communication skills with a solid understanding of company operations. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is crucial. Proficiency in computer skills and typing is essential. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The position may require lifting, bending, and other physical activities, along with prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage. WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Candidates must supply and support their own internet services. A reliable and uninterrupted internet connection is mandatory for this remote position.

The IME Quality Analyst at Dane Street, LLC plays a key role in upholding the standards of medical file reviews for workers' compensation cases. This fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States, is responsible for reviewing referral documents and ensuring that every client question receives a thorough and accurate response. The role is central to maintaining both client satisfaction and internal quality benchmarks.

Quality Audits

  • Examine reports and related medical records to verify that all client questions are addressed and that documentation is complete.
  • Collaborate with reviewers to clarify outstanding issues or request additional information when necessary.
  • Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions or concerns about their referrals.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of their referrals.
  • Review reports for grammatical accuracy, correcting any errors before submission.
  • Confirm that each report meets all requirements on the QA checklist before giving final approval.
  • Format reports to ensure they are ready for client review and approval.

Communication

  • Maintain clear, concise communication with clients, reviewers, and the Operations team.
  • Engage confidently with physicians and clients to discuss the specifics of peer reviews.

This position may also include additional duties or projects as business needs change.
