Job Summary:
As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value to OpenGov customers, ensuring a swift and seamless implementation process through your expertise and product knowledge. You will oversee the entire customer implementation journey, laying a robust foundation for their OpenGov platform and maximizing their investment in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage new customer implementations from inception to completion, providing comprehensive guidance, technical support, and training throughout the process.
Serve as the primary technical liaison for new customers integrating OpenGov or expanding their existing functionalities.
Engage directly with government leaders, guiding them through implementation and empowering them to become effective administrators of the OpenGov software platform.
Identify customer pain points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline, enhance, and automate processes to improve customer workflows.
Develop a deep understanding of governmental processes across various states.
Collaborate closely with the engagement and adoption team to ensure a consistent and successful customer experience, including training for new customers.
Continuously refine and implement best practices for each data environment to optimize customer outcomes.
