Job Summary:

As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value to OpenGov customers, ensuring a swift and seamless implementation process through your expertise and product knowledge. You will oversee the entire customer implementation journey, laying a robust foundation for their OpenGov platform and maximizing their investment in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage new customer implementations from inception to completion, providing comprehensive guidance, technical support, and training throughout the process.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for new customers integrating OpenGov or expanding their existing functionalities.

  • Engage directly with government leaders, guiding them through implementation and empowering them to become effective administrators of the OpenGov software platform.

  • Identify customer pain points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline, enhance, and automate processes to improve customer workflows.

  • Develop a deep understanding of governmental processes across various states.

  • Collaborate closely with the engagement and adoption team to ensure a consistent and successful customer experience, including training for new customers.

  • Continuously refine and implement best practices for each data environment to optimize customer outcomes.
