About Us
AssistIQ is committed to revolutionizing the healthcare supply chain by addressing a fundamental issue: the lack of accurate data and insights regarding supply and implant usage by healthcare providers. Our innovative AI-driven software captures supply and implant usage in real-time, providing actionable insights that enhance revenue capture, reduce waste, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes.
About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for rolling out AssistIQ’s software across various surgical suites and procedural areas in hospitals throughout North America. Your role will involve generating valuable learning experiences and leveraging best practices to create a scalable implementation framework that meets our customers’ needs.
Your primary objective is to facilitate a seamless adoption of our solution by our clients.
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including identifying operational risks, balancing product and customer priorities, and cultivating strong relationships with clients.
You'll need to effectively engage with both clinical teams (e.g., nurses, physicians) and administrative stakeholders (e.g., finance, procurement). Essential skills for this role include teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, project management, software product understanding, and strong communication.
The Implementation Manager position is dynamic, with priorities that evolve frequently in the startup landscape.

- Building and nurturing positive relationships with product end users and effectively communicating with key stakeholders, including clinical teams, IT, management, supply chain/logistics, and administration.
- Conducting on-site customer discovery meetings and product demonstrations to assess customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Pinpointing product gaps and both customer and internal risks during product implementation.
- Collaborating with the internal Product team to define customer requirements.
- Providing on-site training for end users and ensuring their acceptance of the solution.
- Regularly updating various customer stakeholders on project progress throughout the implementation process.
- Proactively identifying and escalating any potential risks to the implementation scope or timeline.
- Facilitating a smooth transition to the customer success team post go-live.
