KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee a high volume of customer accounts during their critical onboarding period. Become a subject matter expert on Qualia software to assist customers in configuring their deployments according to their organizational structures. Collaborate closely with customers' General Managers and Customer Success Managers to align on strategic objectives and demonstrate the return on investment from transitioning to Qualia. Ensure customers successfully complete their implementation phase with high satisfaction rates. Act as the 'quarterback' during the implementation process, ensuring all stakeholders' needs are met. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong listening skills to comprehend customer needs and articulate Qualia’s value proposition effectively. A driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven record of executing tasks and projects successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/Project Management tools is preferred. Proficiency in problem-solving independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities as necessary. Technical fluency and curiosity are essential. Excellent communication skills, both interdepartmentally and with customers.

Your responsibilities will include providing a clear roadmap for the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to schedule, and facilitating a smooth transition to Qualia. We seek an individual who embodies a customer-centric approach while achieving results.
