Your Role as Implementation Manager
As a vital member of our rapidly expanding Implementation team, you will contribute significantly to our company's success. You will play a crucial role in our high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, delivering an unmatched experience to our clients and integration partners. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new firms to our software modules, advising on optimal operational practices, and ensuring a seamless, transparent experience as they transition to using our products.
In this position, you will primarily engage with representatives from customer firms, leading the implementation process, configuring their systems based on their specifications, training staff, and testing data flow through our software. Additionally, you will be instrumental in designing and refining our standard operating procedures while spearheading internal development and improvement projects.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously
Conduct regular meetings with firms to configure, test, and train their staff throughout the implementation process
Occasionally travel onsite for detailed training or workshops (less than 10%)
Manage activities, timelines, and dependencies internally and externally using our implementation project management system, ClickUp
Apply creative problem-solving alongside process consultation to tailor our software to meet the unique needs of each firm
Take ownership of internal projects, collaborating with team members across different departments to enhance our team's rapid evolution
