The Role
The Implementation Manager serves as a technical partner for our clients at Gigs. You will assist customers in planning, coordinating, and successfully launching integrations using the Gigs API.
This role is a unique mix of technical expertise, strategic planning, and operational execution. Responsibilities may range from collaborating with Product on addressing critical features that impede strategic onboarding to scoping, coordinating, and driving API implementations across multiple regions with one of the world's largest Fintechs.
Positioned within the Customer Success department, the Implementation Manager plays a vital role in bridging various functions at Gigs. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define new features and provide ongoing feedback, while also working alongside the Business Development team to execute new implementations and serve as the primary contact for our largest clients during further development.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Customer Implementations: Take ownership of each API integration, treating it as a distinct project. You will carefully scope and execute the ideal implementation tailored to each client's unique requirements, ensuring they utilize the appropriate feature set, API endpoints, and wireframes for success.
- Serve as a Key Technical Contact: Collaborate with clients' engineering and product teams throughout the integration process, offering ongoing support and guidance.
