About the Role
As an Implementation Project Manager at Commure, you will be integral to our Operations team, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management. You will collaborate across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management, to define and streamline essential business processes. You will take ownership of the entire process, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding experience for clients, while driving key business metrics. This role offers high visibility and impact, with the potential to quickly expand into new areas as we navigate the challenges of hyper-growth.
What You'll Do
Oversee the efficient and timely execution of all vital client onboarding processes, from project initiation to launch.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Launcher, Account Management, and Engineering teams.
