Role overview

The Improvement Project Manager focuses on maintaining and enhancing the quality of Ukio’s apartments. This role involves inspecting apartment conditions, planning improvements, and overseeing on-site work. The Project Manager coordinates with various teams to ensure apartments are onboarded and delivered on schedule and meet company standards. Attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities are essential.

What you will do

  • Assess apartment conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site work to achieve quality standards.
  • Build and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, addressing issues as projects progress.
  • Support project timelines and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of apartments.
