Job Summary
The In-Community Program Specialist plays a vital role in the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Community Programs at Tims Camps, which are conducted at schools and community spaces in the designated region. This position is essential in ensuring that participants enjoy a positive and impactful program experience that fosters long-term development. The In-Community Program Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality programming and applying their expertise in youth development, outdoor and experiential education, and program quality to coach and support their team and the youth we serve.

Work Location
Windsor and Sarnia: This role requires daily travel within the assigned geographic area of Windsor and Sarnia, with remote work possible from these locations or surrounding areas. Occasional travel to the Home Office in St. George, Ontario will also be necessary.
