About the job

Adeeba E Services is actively seeking dedicated Inbound Technical Support Executives to join our team for the US Night Shift. This role primarily entails managing inbound calls from clients seeking technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Engage with clients via Inbound Voice calls.
2) Work in Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (fixed), plus performance-based incentives.

Experience Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in either outbound or inbound processes.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional English communication skills are a must.

Additional Information:
Salary is disbursed on the 1st of every month.
