Adeeba E Services is currently seeking dedicated Inbound Technical Support Executives to join our team for the US Night Shift. This role involves providing exceptional technical support by handling inbound calls from customers in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage inbound voice calls efficiently.
2) Work during the night shift (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Compensation:
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (fixed) plus performance-based incentives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role (outbound or inbound).
- Exceptional English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must have the ability to close their calls effectively and process payments through various gateways.
- Age limit: 18 - 35 years. Note: Domestic BPO and fresher candidates are not eligible.
