What You’ll Do:Facilitate the resolution of incidents and escalations while managing customer communications. Develop and implement proactive, real-time monitoring solutions for customer infrastructures. Prioritize, manage, and take ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution. Oversee communications (which may be public, sensitive, and large-scale) during incidents. Collaborate with stakeholders both within Datadog and with partners globally to enhance the overall customer experience. Lead initiatives aimed at delivering operational improvements as Datadog evolves. Create and review documentation as well as training materials related to incidents and escalations. Identify and resolve recurring issues related to cloud infrastructure. Recruit and mentor stakeholders and peers in incident and escalation management. Who You Are:3+ years of proven experience in Incident Management (experience with escalations is a plus).1+ year of experience in Support, Networking, Solutions Architecture, or a related IT role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Cloud Computing and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting. Ability to analyze behaviors based on known interdependencies. Proven experience in driving projects from conception to delivery, showcasing problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
